Is there someone that could refer me to some dietary links or information for
an eleven year child with diabetes-celiac?

I have celiac and am on the celiac list server. I joined this
list server  to get some information for a
mother in our area who could use some help establishing a menu,
particularly snacks, for her diabetic-celiac daughter. Our community
has a very small support group. I can provide plenty of celiac
information, but am at a loss when it comes to diabetic diet
restrictions.

Any information will be helpful.
