I was so happy when I first noted that a number of Arnold's bread
varieties are parve, but BEWARE...many also contain the warning in teeny
tiny print, in a place that one might not look unless they were an
almost-neurotic mother of allergic children :-) that the bread can
contain traces of nuts. For our family, this is a problem, so I'm just
passing it on.
