My daughter is anaphylactic to milk.  We were very careful at Disney.  At
the more expensive restaurants we had success because we talked with the
chef at each restaurant and they were willing to oversee the preparation of
her food.  Had grilled chicken, pasta, salad--no breads.  But for general
eating, taking your own food is the best bet :)
