Yes, because anarchists ("libertarian socialists") recognize that
anarchism is impossible where productive property is under private control
-- the situation traditional socialism meant to bring to an end.

Chomsky of course has argued that libertarian socialism is just the
extension of classical liberal thought into the conditions of modern
industrial capitalism.
