A thought about magazine recipes--

while we look at magazine recipes and try to turn them gf, might we not
only use this as a way of getting our story out?  When we see articles
or recipes that are helpful, perhaps writing a letter thanking them, but
also pointing out how the articles could be made gf might make a dent.
You can email most magazines.  I suspect that if we all started doing
this, magazines would realize that we are strong in numbers.
