I've had over 25 requests for information about my electric tortilla
maker.  I bought it from The Bosch Kitchen Center (1-800-400-4923) or
e-mail Eddie and Win Peterson in Salt Lake City at [log in to unmask]
They also carry breadmakers, mixers and grinders.  Win teaches cooking
lessons and had first-hand knowledge of how the electric tortilla maker
works!  They also have other gf clients!

The cost was about $60.00.  Unlike the bread machine I bought, I think
I'll get a lot of use out of this!

I have yet to try corn tortillas!  I'm still so excited about having
roll-ups (wraps in some parts of the country).
