        Mary R. mentioned that Trader Joes is updating thier list... they
have been "updating" the list for the West Coast for the last 6 months!  I
do not know what the holdup is, but I have quit shopping there because most
of the foods they had on the old list are no longer available.

        They have so many new foods that seem OK, but I won't take the
risk.  Anyone on the list have a contact within Trader Joes?  I sure do
miss all the great foods, and I would love to know what is SAFE to eat.
