I would like to thank all the Australian respondents to my mailing. There
were 7 who replied and all in oly a few days. Must be avid readers also.

One respondent recommended I go to the website :
http://www.ozemail.com.au/~coeliac/products.html
and two forwarded their personal lists of GF Australian Foods. I can
recommend the above website for visitors to our country particularly.

Others recommended the Australian Coeliac Society's food ingredients list
of which I have a copy. This can be purchased from the Australian Coeliac
Society in each State.

I think the Society puts out the list perhaps because manufacturers change
ingredients frequently. The Society used to have a Food List but it has
been dropped I reckon in favour of the Ingredients List. There also used to
be a similar list of medications but that also seems to be a thing of the
past.

After some thoughts, I propose to add a page to my current Website and list
the food items and comments from my own experience. I will check any lists
sent to me and if I use the items there I will add to my list as and when I
update. It will be for my reference and others may use at their risk.

Comments would be appreciated.
