Dear Listmembers:

I am thinking about studying abroad during college (I am currently a college
sophomore).  Does anyone have any recommendations about a country that is
"sympathetic" (i.e., I will be able to eat!) to Celiac, or does anyone know
any host families for Celiacs?  I think that Australia sounds great, but I'm
not sure.  Just thought that I'd tap your collective insight.
