Thanks for sharing the letters with us Linn.  You provided a great sample
letter that all of us can use to convey the need for ongoing funding of
programs that crate tutorials for the blind computer user on Windows
applications.  I have forwarded your letter along with the others who
posted on this topic to Judy heumann.  In fact, your letter motivated me so
much that I wrote one of my own.
