I thought I would share the following messages I received with regards to
editors which may be an aid to blind individuals who would like to desighn
web pages.

if you are using win 95 & have ms office 97 installed try the ms word
program/html that comes with it which is very speech friendly & you don't
have to know much about html tags/codes just write the page & choose the
appropriate steps which is contained within the help files.

i use my dos word processor wp 6.0 & have also used both notepad & wordpad
but, prefer wp60 because works best with/for speech & has spell checker
ha.

If you have Windows 95 you might want to try the Agile HTML Editor from
Compware.  This program works very well with speech and has many keyboard
shortcuts.  I highly recommend it.  You can download a trial version from:
