I forgot to mention the conclusions for this third point:

Check your whole food intake of some days with a program from time
to time and see if you find lacks on any vitamin or mineral supply.
It should reach at leas 1/2 of RDA i think.
If you discover a lacking stuff, that's in somewhere you tend to have
cravings for.... bingo :-)
