Ray-- I ordered it, but I doubt I'll ever get it.  Amazon.com has a
"backorder" department, which I use from time to time-- but never
successfully.  I would like to see a copy (xerox or original) and would
gladly reimburse anyone who would be willing to forward me one.  Cheers!
