<<I'm wondering if people have had success in healing their kidneys
or rheumatism on paleo diets - which would negate these other studies.
Aaron

Ray says , in his book, that he cured his arthritis by his diet. So I'm
sure it would have the same effect on rheumatism.

On the list Ray has said that if he takes an aspirin and it has cornstarch
in the filler he gets a flair up of his arthritis. I'm dying to know why
Ray would have to take an aspirin in the first place, though.

But since he made that observation about cornstarch I've avoided it like
the plague. I wonder if Ray ate a chicken that was fed on corn (which I
understand U.S chickens are. They feed them on fish bones here! clever, eh?
Where would a chicken come across fish bones in nature?) would it affect
his arthritis?

Regards,

Gatsby,
