Linda,
Do you recall the name of the book? Nitrates/nitrates appear in many
foods-I think both potassium and sodium variety. I am very interested in
finding information on this.
For that matter, is anyone aware of any valid statistical research or
empirical data in re: Nitrosamines as carcinogens. Thanks.
