For me, it's when my friends ask me to drive them by the
"Paleo-McDonald's" and I smell the smell of the fries. I drool over
doughnuts, and I crave pizza. I guess I haven't been Paleo long-enough to
get over these cravings. :(
> But what about olives and olive oil? Or how about canola oil?? My guess is
Extra virgin olive oil is okay, but I think someone on the list
said to keep it in the fridge, and the bottle I bought today said
definitely don't refrigerate. So I don't know what to do with it now.
On olives (the black kind), I notice that all the tinned ones
contain ferrous glucamate. What is that, and is it harmful?

Vinegar is out, but the hot sauces are a question of extreme
interest to my s.o. He's going to try to concoct his own. We did find an
'all-natural'' Cajun spice mix though.

Me too. I cast about for breakfast things and am at a loss. Eggs
are out, because of allergies.
