Hi All,
I just have to share in the delight I experienced sampling the Buffalo
pemmican I made. Truly the piece de resistance of all pemmican. It is a wee
bit pricey at the Butcher tho' @ $ 30.37/kg. I bought a little chunk.
Also, Moira, I made some cod and snapper pemmican. Very unique. I like it.
