Would just like to share my experiences. I have been gluten free for over
twenty years. I am also casein intolerant so I use no dairy products.
About 6 years ago I began having the same problems as I did before I was
diagnosed with celiac sprue. I had a lot of gas, belching, throat burning,
diarrhea. I had a fructose tolerance test which was positive. I now use
no sugar, honey, etc., or cannot eat veggies with a lot of sugar, and no
fruit at all. It is impossible to eliminate all sugar because everything
has sugar in it. Try eliminating sugar from your diet and your symptoms
will probably greatly improve.
Good luck.
