If it doesn't say "lactose-free" on the label, I assume it contains
lactose.
A year ago, I started on a multivitamin (Centrum - lactose is not on
the ingredients list but it isn't labeled "lactose-free" either) and I
began to experience LI symptoms. I switched to a store brand with the
exact same ingredients/vitamin content; the exception was the label
says it's "lactose-free". I had no more LI symptoms.
