I didn't mean to criticize the workmanship of the firm - I bet they would
have done a fine (although perhaps commercially-driven) job on the site, as
they are on East 91st, which I have seen too. I did mean to observe that
they might not be too good on planning ahead. But planning ahead, although
helpful, is not the only determinant of success on a project. Ooops, sorry,
