I was wondering if anyone on this list has found hair mineral analysis
of use (esp. regarding weight issues)... and whether you found anything
particularly Paleo -- or craving related since we're on that thread (!)
-- relevant to it?

PS: Regarding all this talk about cravings, I figured something must be
up when I tried a bite of arugula at the organic supermarket to make
sure it *was* arugula, and then wound up eating it ravenously straight
out of the bag on the way home.. iron? magnesium? turning into a hooved
creature?
