I would be wary of soy. There is an article in the Journal of the
Price-Pottenger Nutrition Foundation's Health and Healing Wisdom, Fall 1998
issue: Soy Isoflavones-Panacea or Poison, which points out the side effects
of this soy product. These include breast cancer, delayed sexual maturation
and infertility.
