This is a great article.  It hits the key points of the paleo diet, and
emphasizes that there is a lot of mainstream medical thought that supports
it.  It's written in a fairly impartial, grudging-acceptance sort of tone,
which I think can be more persuasive than the words of someone who's
clearly an advocate.  And it's shorter than the book, so it's more the kind
of thing that someone is likely to read just out of curiosity.

Give people the URL, or print out a copy and keep it in your
paleo-activits's tool kit.
