I have read that molecular distillation is how the PCB's are removed from the fish oil; perhaps
this is used for the fish in general. If you buy fish oil then "molecularly distilled" is
supposed to be free of the PCB's.
In my opinion this is still "paleo" enough, even though it has been processed in this way.
