Hi All!

I called the nice peeple at Lawry.  They make some real tasty marinades.  They
gave a list over the phone and also sent a gluten free list of marinades and
dressings.  For those of you that are lactose intolerant, the list was
opposite the gluten free list.

Some of the things that are included (30 minute marinades):

Herb & Garlic
Mesquite marinade with lime
Citrus grill w/ Orange
Lemon pepper w/Lemon
Red wine w/Cabernet Sauvignon

they also list several spice blends, gravy mixes and seasoning blends.

They are great for those of us who are always in a hurry.

Their products can be purchased in the supermarkets.  I know they have them
here in several stores in New York.
