Crohn's Disease and Celiac Disease are not connected. Crohn's is of
interest to this list only because sometimes (though not often) people
with Crohn's Disease are misdiagnosed as celiacs, and vice-versa. I
believe it is possible, though most unusual, to have both conditions.

I would like to encourage those of you with an interest in Crohn's
disease to subscribe to the CROHN-COLITIS-L e-mail list. To do so,
send an e-mail message to [log in to unmask] containing this line:

   SUBSCRIBE CROHN-COLITIS-L firstname lastname

Another list of interest concerns a variety of therapeutic diets for the
treatment of Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), which includes Crohn's
disease. To subscribe to that list, send a message containing the
following line to [log in to unmask]:

   SUBSCRIBE SCD firstname lastname

I would ask that further discussions of the treatment of Crohn's disease
not be sent to the CELIAC list, as it is beyond the scope of our list.
