Hello everyone:

A month ago, I called the Canadian toll free number on the
package of my Benedryl Allergy caplets, and they informed me that
they do not consider it GF. I called because about a month or so
ago, my allergies from pollens were soooooooo bad, (and I have been
going for allergy shots for 2 years, needless to say I stopped going
as of last month!) that I bought the Benedryl, because even though
they make me very sleepy, they use to really suppress my allergies.
I took 1 and 1/2 doses one evening because I was having a bad attack
and it sent me into a MAJOR depression!!!! I severely crashed and it
lasted into the next day, I felt very strange, I assume it is
because of the gluten, however, my sister who does not have Celiac,
had the same reaction when she use to take it.

Then I called the Canadian number on my Allegra package and they
informed me that Allegra was GF.
