I will be traveling to Amsterdam, Netherlands on business during
the first week in October. I am not only a biopsy and anti-body
confirmed celiac -- I am also vegan (strict vegetarian) as well.

I'd be interested to hear suggestions about:

   * Airline meals for Vegan Celiacs (I'm flying on United).
   * Natural/Health food stores in Amsterdam, especially near the
     Leidseplein area.
   * Restaurants in Amsterdam which cater to celiacs and veggies.
