Help!  As a newly diagnosed through biopsy celiac, I have started subscribing
to CSA and Gluten Free LIving.  GF Living says distilled vinegar is ok
according to Dr. Kasarda.  I see lots of conflicting advice.  I really have
been too sick to to chance it and understand that small amounts of gluten
could still damage the villi even if I do not become physically ill.
Distilled vinegar would sure open up some more possibilities - esp. when
eating out!  The archives don't have any recent info.  I apologize if you've
all been through this too often.  I would also like to know what other
newsletters are reccommended to stay current.  Thanks.
