Hi, speaking of tortillas, does anyone know where I can find an electric
tortilla press in the United States?  I am from SW Colorado.  I saw one
demonstrated at a celiac conference in Denver last year and haven't been
able to locate one.  They press and cook at the same time.  You can make
GF-flour mix tortillas with them, not just cornmeal (masa) ones. Thanks

And does anyone know what a HUMAN ADENO VIRUS is in laymen's terms?  I
heard at that same conference that "they" (such as an adeno virus-12) can
be one of the environmental causes that together with the genetic
prediposition to celiac disease can cause it.  I am curious as to what
that/those are?  Any ideas?
