I am wondering if anyone knows the best time and way to re-introduce dairy
into a diet... I developed sensitivity to dairy while in a bout of active
Celiac Sprue... It has been ten months gluten free and dairy free, and my
gstro says that Im pretty much healed now. Any ideas what is best to
first try.. when is the best time and how a challenge is done?
