First of all this is my first posting to list so hope I am doing it correctly.

Next-two questions: Number 1: Can anyone enlighten me about Crohn's Disease.
I have sent it mentioned on the list often. Exactly what is it and how is it
diagnosed? Are the symptoms like Celiac? I have looked on the net and
haven't been able to find much.
Number 2: Is white pepper a problem? I heard somewhere (can't remember
where) that white pepper shouldn't be used. Now I find that it is an
ingredrient in the Health Valley fat free broths that I had on a list as
gluten free. Since I seem to have flare ups every couple of weeks I am
constantly looking for some source of hidden gluten. Could this be it?
