As there has been some interest in polenta recently, I thought I y'all (Texan
lingo) would be interested in a recipe for Warm Polenta Cake that ran in
today's Dallas Morning News ("Artful Endings.") The restaurants mentioned in
the article are top rate. The recipe can be found at:

The recipe appears to be GF. Although I don't think we ever got an answer to
the recent question on mascarpone cheese, there is a listing from the Italian
Celiac Society in the list archives that mentions it in a GF list. Please
check it for yourself. The article also has couple of meringe recipes that
are worth a look.
