My original question:

>I saw mention of Kitchen Bouquet as NOT being GF. Is Gravy Master, or
>some >other browning sauce GF? Are there substitutes?

The results are:

Kitchen Bouquet = NOT SAFE (Contains Gluten)
Gravy Master = IS SAFE (It is GF)

Other suggestions were:

>The only thing I have come up with is various brands of
>Worcestershire Sauce (French's, Lea & Perrins, Tones).
*********

>I don't personally use any of those browning sauces. When I want a
>browner sauce, I sautee onions (and or other veg. such as mushrooms)
>until they carmelize to get a darker color. De-glazing the pan with red
>wine also contributes both flavor and color. The red from the wine and
>the green of the herbs will give a nice brown.

Thanks to everyone for your help,
Lynda Swink
