Diamond SupraExpress is a REAL plug-and-play modem, you cannot really
force it to  a specific port.  However, you can try to use the DOS software
that comes with the modem to try to force it to stay on the port you
want.  It doesn't work everytime, but you can give it a try.  Note that,
only use it to configure, remove it from autoexec.bat or config.sys
after you finish configuration.
