This stinks of a hoax. I don't have time at the moment but someone could
check the CNN web site to investigate this a bit. Please do not go
forwarding this to everybody and his brother before learning a bit more.
I personally am assuming it is the old FCC hoax in a different wrapper.
So please do yourself a favor and don't go spreading this trash around
until you can confirm it as fact.
