A just-built system will start to power up by switching on the button (LEDs
come on, hard drive spins up), but won't fully boot and send a signal to the
monitor until I press the reset button. Any ideas? Here are the specs:

Intel Pentium II 350
128MB PC-100 DIMM
Enlight ATX Mid Tower Case
6.4 Gig Western Digital

Diamond Viper 330 4MB AGP Video Card
Teac 3.5" Floppy Drive
Sound Blaster 16
Toshiba 32X IDE CD-ROM
US Robotics 56k Internal
Keytronic PS/2 Keyboard
MS PS/2 Intellipoint Mouse
Windows 98
