Yep, do the following:
1)  Right click on "My computer"
2)  Choose "Device Manager."
3)  Double Click on "Disk Drives"
you should see "Iomega Zip" listed
4)  Double click on "Iomega Zip"
5)  Go to "Settings tab"
6)  Set drive letter with "Start" and "End"
