Of course not!

You have to decide that for Yourself. You have to learn from different
sources and make up Your mind. If You are relying only to instincts
and not to cultural knowledge (trademark of homo sapiens) I think You
have to go at least 1 million years back.

This list i mainly (but not totally) based on the ideas i Neaderthin,
wich defines paleo diet as what You could originallyhave eaten if You
were naked and without any other technology than a stone and a stick
(both allowed to be sharp).
Personally I follow that in theory but use knife and fork. I always
undress before I eat :-)  ("Time to get undressed for dinner"  ;-))
