that are a far cry from that mushy watery soft grocery-store
tofu...then
again, if you like that kind Nasoya brand makes one flavored with
integral 5
spice seasoning thats not bad.

  My usual breakfast is some kind of eggs or a piece of meat, or some
smoked
whitefish or salmon, (smoked or baked fresh) with avocado. Hope this
