I've never ordered it myself, but Dr. Stoll (http://bcn.net/~stoll) gets
"Natural Mineral Salt" from Walnut Acres Organic Farms, Penns Creek, PA
17862; you can ask your health food store to order it (however, you may be
required to buy ten pounds).  Don't accidentally order a homeopathic
"mineral salt."  Anti-salt folk should note that mineral salt is only 50%
NaCl, if I remember correctly, versus about 80-85% for unrefined sea salt,
and, of course, almost 100% for refined salt.
