Greetings all

I stopped by the butcher shop today and they had some pamphlets from the
place where they get their buffalo meat. Brown's Buffalo Ranch 720 Stephens
Blvd Nyssa OR 97913 Phone is 541-372-5588. Shipping is available through
out the United States in any quantity. The pamphlets also states there are
no chemical injections of any, including steriods, which are used to create
a faster bulk gain at the time of butchering. (I don't know that that mean
no corn fed prior to processing though). Also people allergic to beef and
pork can usually eat bison (Mary I thought of your son). I paid 3.98 LB for
burger and chuck roast at the butcher today, don't know what kind of prices
Brown's has. Just thought I would pass along this info for anyone looking
for buffalo meat.

Patti
