Take a whole chicken (including skin, bones and organs) and
run it through a meat grinder. Add nothing. It's not quite
as good as what Ray suggests, but a little better for those
that don't want to see their cats consuming rats, mice and
quail. Also, let the cat eat the neck or a wing whole, to
exercise the jaw, and clean the teeth.
It's not perfect, a cat would not really eat an adult
chicken, but they are similar enough to smaller birds.
