Call 1-800-THE-MEAL and ask for info. It's a raw, freeze-dried sprouted
quinoa and brown rice powder. I mix with water, banana, and an apple, and
sometimes some raw fertile eggs, and always throw in a bunch of fresh organic
greens and blend it all up, when I feel like a grain food.
