   You sound like a pretty "cool kid".  Certainly very interesting...and
very right about salmon in cans.  I have never found any that wasn't
great.  It doesn't matter what the brand has been.  I take about 1/2 a
can, mix in chopped hard boiled egg and some mayo and I have a
wonderful, quick lunch.  To me tuna is harder to digest and more
expensive and not near as delicious.  I am at a different computer.  Are
you the one that wrote yesterday about the different kinds of salmon?
God that was interesting.  I printed it out to save and show my family.
