In a message dated 98-03-22 11:19:01 EST, you write:

<< does anyone here have any idea how to cook rabbit?
does one treat it like chicken? >>

Ray brings it to the potluck all the time, roasted whole (stretched out) on
skewers, he evidently cooks it in a big roasting pan with some tomato based
sauce. Certainly you can stew rabbit meat as well. I would imagine you could
roast it with some onions, or grill it on skewers. I've seen it roasted on a
stick over an open fire, like a big marshamllow. Just takes longer.

As far as the etiquette regarding chickens and rabbits....I've never known the
proper way to address either. I think Lewis Carroll may have covered that
subject best. I just know that you definitely don't do unto rabbits as you
would have them do unto you.<G>
