Mahesh,
On this diet, adult college age people would not eat dairy products. It's
not "natural", in that it is hardly likely that our hunter/gatherer
ancestors chased animals around to milk them, so it is hardly likely that
these products were consumed in any quantity until agricultural society
began. And it is the diet of agricultural society that we are trying to
avoid. Anyway, using dairy products for a study on calcium loss means next
to nothing to "Neanderthin"ers, because they will never encounter that
problem.
Another thing to consider is that 99% of modern dairy products have been
"ultra-pasteurized" and "homogenized". It is irresponsible to use these
products for any kind of diet study as they are no longer in their natural
state.

[Mahesh Shah] There have been studies using whole milk ( not fractionated
amino acids ) with adult college age women that support the net calcium
loss theory. I will try to find the reference and post it when I find it.
