Sure. Dr. Abravnel wrote a book "Dr. Body Type Program" in which he
outlines 4 destinct metabolism types that people with certain
characteristics share. (physical charachteristics, emotional, energy, mood,
stressers, etc.) It's surprisingly accurate.
One of the characteristics is a dominant gland, hence the names. T-Type =
Thyroid type; A-Type = Adernal type. G=Gonodal; P=Pituatary. It's very
easy to find one's type based on his descriptions.
With it he describes common cravings that someone of each category would
tend to grab for if their diet is so called "out of balance" and foods that
strenghten the appropriate gland which one should be eating according to his
research. It's a good book.

p.s. T-types have to be especially careful of too many complex carbs,
especially "cheap complex carbs" -- that's not the word but I can't remember
what they're called but donuts and coffee and the like.
