I can answer that for you as my daughter is very likely in that 2% as
well!  From what I've read (varioius sources), about 85% of kids with milk
allergies outgrow them by age 3.  Some outgrow them later (usually by age
10) and only about 2% NEVER outgrow them.

Based on my daughter's most recent allergy test, it will take her at least
10 years to outgrow her milk allergy, and as he said, "she could well be
one of the unlucky 2%".
