Dear Alan and others in the UK,

Do any of you know if Lactaid or some type of lactase pill is
available in the UK? I am an American living in Spain and usually
bring Lactaid over from the US but I have almost run out and we are
going over the the UK next week for Christmas.  I am getting a bit
nervous because I know I will need lots of Lactaid over there with all
the Christmas goodies and things and I don't think the package
with the Lactaid in it will arrive here before we leave for the UK. Any
help or ideas would be appreciated.
